A memorable identity for Nanaimo’s first cat café that brings two of the best things together — furry friends and warm beverages.
Kelly came to me with a vision to open Nanaimo’s first ever cat café. She was looking for a playful, memorable identity that would match the atmosphere, while also adding some credibility.
The solution was a modular identity design. Pairing vintage inspired type and colour with a modern twist and the result is an absolutely puurrfect logo configurable in various different ways.
The heavy, rounded typography nods to the milky nature of the name. The logomark is a simple, round cat in a cup that is itching to be put on just about every paper cup, business card, car wrap and window.
